REDS is a Latin-based dance studio in Helena, MT, that offers dance lessons for people preparing for their wedding. Owners Ramon Ramos and Elena Edquest-Ramos have over 35 years of combined experience teaching and over 16 years experience of performing locally. They love sharing their passion for Latin dance, hip-hop dance, breakdancing, and partner dancing with couples in Helena and the surrounding communities. 

Elena and Ramon believe in making every part of planning your wedding a celebration. They work hard to make every couple feel comfortable on the dance floor, so they can focus on enjoying the experience. They hope that the lessons you take at REDS will give you memories to cherish for a lifetime.

While teaching, Elena and Ramon teach couples how to follow steps and lead the dance, tailoring their approach to each couple's natural dynamic. Some of the types of dance they work with include salsa, bachata, cha-cha, and hip hop. They want to make it a dance to remember, and something you'll enjoy performing with your new spouse.
